Fort Wayne trooper recognized for service milestone

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) On November 18, 1984, Kent Roe was sworn in as an Indiana State Police trooper. Forty years later he’s being recognized for his years of service.

Initially he was assigned to the Lowell Post to patrol interstates in northwest Indiana.

In 1987 he was transferred home to the Fort Wayne Post and has remained there ever since…
