American is set to introduce service to a new airport in the spring. Currently, only one other airline serves the region.
Starting on May 5, 2025, the Fort Worth, Texas-based carrier will connect its Dallas/Fort Worth hub with Golden Triangle Regional Airport in Northeast Mississippi. The new flights will operate daily with SkyWest CRJ-700 aircraft, per Cirium Diio schedule data.
