The family of fallen Trooper Enrique Delgado-Garcia spoke exclusively to NBC10 Boston and Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra Thursday ahead of the 25-year-old’s funeral services, saying they believe something strange must have happened at the Massachusetts State Police Academy ahead of his death.
