Two armed men in masks were arrested on Sunday in connection with an armed robbery of a person’s moped, the Worcester Police Department announced.
Lucas Parent, 18, and Willie Watson, 21, were charged with armed and masked robbery and seven counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, police said in a statement on Monday.
