WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — On Monday night, the Woonsocket City Council discussed amending an ordinance that could potentially ban electric bicycles and scooters from parks.
Some residents, like Sean Clark, believe the proposal is an overreach that fails to consider people’s needs.
