Maman Joon, a restaurant offering Persian cuisine, is coming to 15780 Shady Grove Rd in Gaithersburg, according to commercial real estate company KLNB. It will be located in the space previously occupied by Pieology Pizzeria in the 270 Center, which is also home to Home Depot and Amazon Fresh.
Maman Joon’s menu features a variety of kabobs, sandwiches, soups, salads, platters, desserts, and other Persian specialties. The chain, which opened a location alongside sister restaurant Z-Burger at 18100 Georgia Avenue in Olney in 2023, also has locations in Tenleytown, McLean, and Tyson’s Corner.
