Rockville City Police have arrested and charged a 28-year-old man believed to be responsible for stabbing two people near the Twinbrook Metro Station in Rockville on Oct. 13, according to police.
Muhammad Ibrahim Adam of Rockville was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Rockville City Police Headquarters, according to Jason West, the department’s public information officer. West said Adam came to the headquarters to speak with detectives and was “subsequently arrested.”
