The Maryland-National Capital Park Police is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the peripheral responsible for setting a fire at a Gaithersburg park last month.
The photographs, available below (and not very clear) were obtained via security camera footage at the Laytonia Recreational Park in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
