A Woodbridge man has died following a single-vehicle crash earlier this month that police believe was the result of a medical emergency.
Christopher Cary Soto, 72, of Woodbridge, was driving a 1999 Ford Mustang west on Prince William Parkway at 7:58 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8 when the car left the roadway, proceeded up an embankment and came to rest on a guardrail, according to Sgt. Jonathan Perok, a Prince William County police spokesman.
