Detectives are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash in Springfield that claimed the life of a 24-year-old Woodbridge man.
On Sept. 19, at 9:38 p.m., officers responded to the 8100 block of Old Keene Mill Road for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. The driver remained at the scene, Fairfax County police said in a news release.
Preliminarily, detectives determined that Oscar Daniel Martinez Granados, 24, of Woodbridge, walked into the eastbound lanes of Old Keene Mill Road, not in a crosswalk, the release said…
