It’s almost certain to be severely windy in many parts of Missouri and Illinois early next week and that could mean a big problem. That’s why the National Weather Service is already warning about possible dangers after the weekend is over.

The newest weather advisory as the National Weather Service in St. Louis, Missouri looks ahead to next week includes cautionary words about next Tuesday specifically. There is high confidence that wind gusts in Missouri and Illinois will far exceed 30 mph and likely closer to 40 mph.

There are three factors that have the National Weather Service concerned:

  • Wind Speed
  • Relative Humidity
