ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Alex Lilligan, 25, for allegedly stealing a SUV on Jan 2nd.
Around 3 p.m., officers found the blue Jeep Cherokee parked in the parking lot of H&A Tobacco & Discount and conducted a traffic stop.
