CLOVIS, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A Clovis man was arrested Friday after being suspected of touching a minor, the Clovis Police Department announced.
Police say 26-year-old Filimon Villegas allegedly inappropriately touched a child he knew personally in a Clovis home in July 2024.
