SELMA, Calif. (KMPH) — The Selma Police Department announced the arrest of someone suspected of stealing Christmas decorations from Selma Auto Mall.
The theft of a Santa and his reindeer was captured by surveillance cameras just before 1 a.m. New Year’s Day.
