The Fresno State Bulldogs defeated New Mexico 38-21 on Saturday. BarkBoard.com interviewed interim head coach Tim Skipper after the game for his reaction to the performance.
Fresno State jumped out to a quick 25-3 lead in the first half. The two teams went back and forth the rest of the way for the 38-21 final. Skipper credited a concerted effort to start fast as a way to neutralize New Mexico’s gameplan and windy home conditions.
