FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Getting in shape for 2025 may not call for drastic measures, but instead long-term goals, according to this Central Valley trainer.

Valley Fitness’ Ryan Rivera has coached soccer moms, CrossFit athletes, bodybuilders and everyone in between. He says there are two common mistakes people new to the gym make: not having a coach and overestimating how much work they need to do.
