‘There is a design flaw’: Sumner County school board member expresses concern over stadium project

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — More than a year after their collapse , Sumner County Schools have started upgrading the football bleachers and stadium at Beech High School.

The work is part of a larger stadium renovation project that encompasses three Sumner County high schools: Beech High School, Portland High School, and Hendersonville High School.

However, not everyone is happy with these plans. Less than two months after the district celebrated its groundbreaking, one Sumner County school board member is expressing concerns.
