Chicago mom seeks justice for son’s unsolved stabbing death in Belmont-Cragin

CHICAGO (WGN) — Nearly twelve years ago, a Southeast Side mom lost her son in a stabbing in the city’s Belmont-Cragin neighborhood. The case remains unsolved, but Dolores Gonzales has hope that will change, sooner rather than later.

“It hurts really bad to see that he was killed over there,” Gonzales said. “His smile lit up the room.”
