23 September 2024- The Pennsylvania State Police Troop H – Chambersburg Barracks continue their investigation on a fatal fuel truck crash on Interstate 81 in Franklin County that occurred on Thanksgiving Day, 11/24/2016 around 6:00pm.
Investigation has revealed that an older model Ford F150, blue and white pickup truck, pulling a trailer and was heading north on I-81 and around mile marker 19, the trailer came loose, travelled across the median and struck a tractor trailer transporting gasoline.
