PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Seven months ago, Rita Perkins and her mother were enjoying a nice evening at home when suddenly, police say, a DUI driver crashed through her living room.
“It’s been a nightmare, it really has. But at least I know I’m home,” Perkins said. “It knocks you for a loop. It was really frustrating. I was at the point where I just didn’t want to deal with it all.”
