A Kinston man was arrested Sunday morning after a vehicle and foot pursuit.
The Kinston Police Department say that officers were attempting to stop a vehicle on Hwy. 70 when the driver sped away. The vehicle pursuit ended after the suspect drove over a ditch and fled on foot in the area of Lenoir Community College. The suspect was apprehended with the assistance of K9 Loki.
