RAVENEL, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-vehicle crash that left one person dead.
The crash happened just after midnight Wednesday morning in the 4700 block of Highway 162 in Ravenel, sheriff’s spokesperson Lexi Douglas said.
Investigators say the vehicle appeared to have been traveling west on Highway 162 before leaving the road and hitting a tree. The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, died at the scene, she said…
