WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly resisting arrest and driving while under the influence.
Billy DeWayne Gibson, 53, 1513 E. Clark St. Apartment B., Warsaw, is charged with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and resisting law enforcement causing bodily injury, both level 6 felonies; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor.
