MINTO, N.D. — The “train is just leaving the station” on the Red River Flood Study, said Jennifer Koehler, senior water resources engineer from Barr Engineering.
That means the multiple organizations taking part are digging into pre-existing information and asking residents within the range of the study for input until Nov. 4.
