ROCKFORD, MI – The city of Rockford is expanding its social district, or Rockford Outdoor Refreshment Area (RORA), to accommodate the downtown area’s first boutique hotel which is now under construction.
Rockford’s City Council unanimously approved the resolution to expand the RORA south a block during its Sept. 9 meeting, though construction on the hotel won’t be completed until 2025…
