RACINE, WI — A nearly 100 mph chase through Racine earlier this month landed a 19-year-old Racine man three criminal charges, including two felonies.
Isaiah Franklin is charged with felony counts of attempted fleeing/eluding an officer and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, along with a misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer.
