Being able to leave campus for lunch is every high schooler’s dream. Back in the day, I would race home when the bell rang and try to fry myself up a grilled cheese in that short half-hour break before running back to class.

If this restaurant had existed when I was in high school, all of my savings would have gone there instead.

New restaurant serves up both boba tea and gyros

Boba is one of the most divisive treats in the food world right now. Lots of people love the squishy, gooey balls of starch at the bottom of teas and milkshakes, while others can’t get past the texture and taste.

Boba is definitely popular with teens and young people – whether they go for the traditional tapioca starch orbs boiled in brown sugar, or popping flavors like strawberry and mango, Gen Z loves their bubble tea…
