Four pounds of meth, guns and cash seized in Bean Station drug bust, Grainger County Sheriff’s Office says

BEAN STATION, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Grainger County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people after four pounds of meth was found during a drug bust in Bean Station.

According to GCSO, officials with the sheriff’s office, Drug Task Force, Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at a home on Rocky Summit Road on March 21.

During the search, GCSO said they found several bags of methamphetamine in a building that John Gardner occupied. In total, the bags weighed about four pounds.

Additionally, officers found and seized an AR-style firearm, several fully-loaded magazines, a rifle and $694 in cash…
