GCSO: Months-long investigation results in Bean Station drug arrests; DCS called after 4-year-old found in driveway

GRAINGER COUNTY, Tenn. — At least two people were arrested after a months-long drug investigation led authorities to a Bean Station home where they found meth, firearms and cash, according to the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office.

The Grainger County Sheriff’s Department, Third and Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force, Hawkins County Sheriff’s Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation enforced a search warrant for a home on Rocky Summit Road.

The search warrant came after a months-long investigation in which law enforcement conducted undercover narcotics purchases and extensive surveillance of the area and residence. After arriving at the house, authorities encountered two people, who were then detained, Grainger County deputies said…
