WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Matthew Dakota Stanley, 32, of Kingsport, faces various charges after allegedly stealing a tractor, police report.
According to a news release from the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), deputies responded to the 1100 block of Suncrest Drive just after 5 p.m. on March 31.
“A neighbor had observed a vehicle towing her neighbor’s stolen tractor,” the WCSO said in the release. “Witnesses stated the driver of the vehicle, later identified as Stanley, disconnected the trailer from his vehicle and left it and the stolen tractor in a field.”…
