Lohbauer Posts Top 10, WCU Finishes 7th at Tot Hill Farm

Asheboro, N.C. – Senior Elizabeth Lohbauer carded her second-consecutive round of even-par 72 on Tuesday to rally to her season-best ninth-place finish as play concluded at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational, hosted by the College of Charleston at the par-72, 6,023-yard Tot Hill Farm Golf Club. WCU slipped on position in the final standings as a team, coming home from Randolph County with a seventh-place showing.

The Catamounts finished with a two-day, three-round score of 925, posting rounds of 310, 302, and 313 on Tuesday afternoon.

Opening the final 18 holes on the back nine, Lohbauer countered two bogeys with a pair of birdies through her first four holes in Tuesday’s final round. She briefly moved to 1-under par with a third birdie on the par-3 15th before a double-bogey on the par-4 17th left her turning for home at 1-over par for the day.
