WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced a temporary restraining order against a manufacturing plant in Washington County.
In a statement from the attorney general’s office Monday, a federal district court granted the office’s motion for a temporary order that will pause the shuttering of the plant from of the Pyrex Manufacturing Plant in Charleroi.
The federal court’s ruling, according to the statement, prevents owner Anchor Hocking Holdings and its private equity partner, Centre Lane Partners, from removing equipment and other materials from the Charleroi plant in relocation efforts before the next scheduled hearing…
