KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) – Police say two Eastern Carolinians are behind bars after stealing lottery tickets.
The Kinston Police Department says 26-year-old Alexis Darden was arrested in Wayne County and charged with two counts of felony conspiracy, two counts of larceny by employee, and obtaining property by false pretense.
