Officials share black ice concerns following winter storm

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – After snow and freezing rain fell across the Upstate Friday, the concern for the weekend is black ice.

The Spartanburg Police Department mentioned Saturday morning that commuters should stay alert in regards to icy roads. Officers said as temperatures dropped last night, black ice becomes a serious threat on our roadways.
