Upstate International will host an installment of its “Beyond the Headlines” speaker series Nov. 19 at the Greenville Water Community Room at 407 W. Broad St. in downtown Greenville.
Running from noon to 1:30 p.m., the event will feature guest speaker Katherine Kaup, a professor and China specialist at Furman University, who will discuss the topic “Axis of Autocracies.” The presentation will explore how foreign and domestic policies are fueling Russia’s and China’s alliance and what it means for the global order.
