Details matter and elegance can be a part of even the most utilitarian parts of a home. That is evident in the work found in this downtown flat by INÉO Builders that combines dramatic elements with purposeful design in a way that is memorable, but never stuffy.
The project, in conjunction with residential designer and architect Tom Felton, was a complete remodel and every inch was carefully considered, right down to the creative ceiling treatment in the primary bedroom that was assembled in place like a puzzle. Even the air vents became an intentional design element, carefully crafted out of brass.
