NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A multi-tractor trailer crash spilled hazardous material and caused traffic chaos for more than five hours on I-20 in North Augusta.
The westbound lanes were closed for several miles from just after 10 a.m. until about 3:17 p.m.
