KENOSHA, Wis. — Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will be in Kenosha on Thursday, Oct. 24, . He will be there to encourage Wisconsinites to vote early for Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Tim Walz and other Wisconsin Democrats.
