As we welcome the start of the 2024-2025 school year, Northwestern University remains committed to strengthening the relationship between our students and the Evanston community. We understand that students living off-campus can sometimes create challenges for neighbors, such as noise and property upkeep concerns. We take these issues seriously and have strengthened our efforts to help students understand the importance of being respectful and responsible students. As much as Northwestern is a place of academic pursuit, it also holds the responsibility of forming students into conscientious citizens. We expect our students to not only excel academically but also to be great neighbors.
