CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The Salvation Army is calling on the community to show their kindness with a 20 on the 20th challenge.
On Dec. 20, The Salvation Army will be promoting the challenge at the OTR Kroger. Donna Hartman, the wife of the late Jim Scott, will be there to help support the Salvation Army’s efforts.
