JONESBORO — As a way to address food insecurity in the community, Clayton County Public Schools has launched four school-based grocery stores.
These markets — at Eddie White Middle Academy, Forest Park Middle School, Jonesboro Middle School and North Clayton High School — are a key phase in the district’s Community Schools initiative, which focuses on advancing equity and removing barriers to student success, a CCPS press release stated.
