Six people were displaced after a vehicle crashed through the bedroom wall of a Heidelberg Township home Sunday morning, just inches from where two occupants were sleeping, according to officials.
Firefighters were called to the scene on the 6700 block of York Road in Heidelberg Township around 2:21 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024, according to a release from Porters Volunteer Fire Company.
When emergency crews arrived, they found an overturned vehicle that had gone off the roadway, striking the roof and side of the home, and causing what the department described as “extensive damage.”…
