CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — PennDOT will host REAL ID service hours at its Chambersburg Driver License Center to help Pennsylvanians prepare for the upcoming federal REAL ID enforcement deadline.
On May 7, 2025, REAL ID will begin being enforced for federal purposes, including for getting through airport security, and state level ID cards, such as driver’s licenses, won’t be accepted unless they are REAL ID-compliant.
