WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) – On Friday, officers executed a search and seizure warrant on West Main Street.
Police said they found Jonathan Pabon-Reyes, age 33, inside of the apartment along with a child and several other people.
Pabon-Reyes was a convicted felon with an extensive criminal history, according to police.
