The Dallas County Hornets traveled to Marion on Friday night to face the Francis Marion Rams for their season opener.
Dallas County came out on a mission this first game to start their season off with a bang. The Hornets were able to defeat the Rams on the road 28-14.
The Hornets new head football coach Darryl Watts stated, “Francis was a strong and big team! We got the win for our community, fans, school and especially for those seniors!
