Winter storm, snow likely as SC temperatures dip, NWS says. Here’s the latest forecast

Wintry temperatures are expected in Columbia and across the state of South Carolina as the chance of snow continues to grow, according to the latest forecast.

Cold air will arrive Sunday night and last throughout the week, the National Weather Service said , with highs in the 30s and lows dipping into the teens. Wind chill will fall below 15 degrees overnight. It will be coldest Tuesday through Thursday.
