Menifee Mayor Bill Zimmerman was expected to speak Thursday about ongoing infrastructure projects and honor local figures in the municipality’s State of the City address.
The event, which includes the city’s Chamber of Commerce as a partner, will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Mt. St. Jacinto College’s Menifee satellite campus, according to officials.
