Former owner agrees to plea deal in deadly Alpine Motel fire in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The former owner of the Alpine Motel has agreed to a plea deal in connection with the apartment building fire that killed six people in Las Vegas.

Adolfo Orozco-Garcia signed an Alford plea for two counts of involuntary manslaughter and a count of neglect of duty resulting in substantial bodily harm or death, according to court records.
