BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office said a man pled guilty to an animal cruelty charge.
According to deputies, on November 29, 2023, deputies were called to a location on Cragmont Road in the Black Mountain area.
