NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing charges after the body of 22-year-old Austin David was found along I-40 East near mile marker 218 in Nashville on December 3.
David was hit by multiple cars and killed that night, and his friend, 23-year-old Logan Garver, is accused of vehicular homicide in the case.
An arrest affidavit states Garver told witnesses he “f***** up and killed Austin” after a night out at a club.
Garver is accused of driving drunk after leaving a strip club with David and then crashing into a guardrail causing David to be ejected. David was later hit by two other cars, according to the affidavit…
